Seasons to build seventh aged care community in Beaudesert

QLD private aged care operator Seasons is being supported by the Scenic Rim Council to build 129 single storey two-bedroom homes in Beaudesert, 70 km south of Brisbane and 63 km inland from Southport; population 6400.

Seasons operates under the Retirement Villages Act.

It is the seventh Seasons location. The private company is owned by residential developer Phillip Usher Constructions.

Led by CEO Nick Loudon, Seasons offers an alternative to residential aged care. From their website:

“At Seasons, we believe aged care should be where independence, choice, lifestyle and care live comfortably under one roof. We offer a genuine alternative to a residential nursing home combined with the lifestyle benefits of a retirement village, while you enjoy the comfort of your own private self-contained apartment”.
