Sector heavyweights unite to promote best practice in integrated retirement living and aged care

Cameron Kirby, former CEO and CFO of the Mark Moran Group (pictured left), has formed a company with Stacey Baker (centre) and Jen Berryman (on the right), the former owners of Your Choice HomeCare, which was bought by Bolton Clarke.

Stacey and Jen co-founded Zinnia, a resident-first company aiming to create great communities, and kept meeting Cameron, who owns his own consultancy and is advising on the Hyegrove retirement village being built by Stephen Abolakian at Willoughby RSL, 6km north of Sydney CBD.

“We decide to create Chanje Partners to advise new and existing operators who are very interested in the New Zealand model, which I started at Mark Moran Vaucluse (in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs),” said Cameron.

“We are working with a lot of new developers and existing large operators who want to adopt the integrated care model and we have the experience to advise them.”

Cameron said the continuum of care approach is the direction that retirement village operators across the nation are seeking to go.

“We have 60 years’ experience between us, who share the same synergies, and work well together,” he added.
