Serenitas breaks ground on new Hervey Bay clubhouse

The first sod has officially been turned on the new clubhouse at Serenitas’ land lease community The Anchorage Lifestyle Resort at Hervey Bay.

The multi-million-dollar facility, slated to open next year, will offer amenities such as a bowling green, swimming pool, tennis court, library, pickleball courts, and community kitchens.

According to Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols, the clubhouse will add to the resort-style living offered by The Anchorage.

“The investment in the new Clubhouse means the ultimate in bayside living is being realised with homeowners being able to access luxurious resort facilities in their very own community alongside the best of what Hervey Bay has to offer.

“The Anchorage Clubhouse will provide homeowners opportunities for socialisation, community support and access to a wide selection of the finest recreation and leisure facilities, which will contribute to homeowners enhanced wellbeing, mental health and enjoyment of this stunning bayside location,” he said.

The over-50s community on Queensland’s Fraser Coast will comprise 96 homes when completed, with 50% already sold; Stage 3A will soon be released to market.
