SCC (TAS) has completed the construction and sale of all 84 homes in its fairway rise lifestyle village located in the centre Hobart on the 9 ha old Rosny Park golf course. Each home and the rapidly staged development had sold before construction completion with a sales funnel of 456 prospective purchasers still waiting in the wings.
A 91 bed/$50M K located aged care facility is also nearing completion.
