Continuing its progressive approach to new developments, Southern Cross
has commissioned the building of 231 ILUs in the northern Perth suburb of
Currambine, including 125 apartments, 78 single story ILUs and 28 terraced
ILUs, with a total project worth over $120 million. The lack of inner urban land

land was brought to Southern Cross by Aspen Development who Southern Cross
have now commissioned to build the village to their requirements on a turn key
basis. Southern Cross General Manager Kevin Bown states this partnership
brings out the best in each of the private and not-for-profit organisations.
