Stage 1 sold out before opening Rutherford Oak Tree Retirement Village

The new Oak Tree Retirement Village at Rutherford, NSW which was sold out before completion was recently opened by Maitland MP Jenny Aitchison,

Stage 1 consists of 16 villas. Oak Tree has invested up front for all recreational facilities, a swimming pool and bowling green.

Residents also get solar and battery storage.

Stage 2 will include 12 new homes.
