Stage 3 of Paul Singer’s Camden Grove 60% sold before construction

Construction has begun on the third stage of HT Retirement Group’s Camden Grove village in Sydney’s southwest, with almost two thirds of its luxury apartments already sold.

Pre-sales began shortly before Christmas, and 18 of the 31 two- to three-bedroom apartments have been sold so far to buyers on the waiting list.

The final village will have 160 apartments. Paul Singer purchased the land and approvals from Nicholas Playoust’s AEH Group in 2019, for a price believed to be in the region of $23 million.

Paul Singer has been a retirement village developer for 20 years. His Mount Gilead village now has over 600 residents and has consistently delivered nine new sales a month.

His Bowral village, Gibraltar Park, is selling strongly with 120 homes on completion.

Singer has also partnered with RFBI Care at Home (Royal Freemasons) to provide home care services into each of his villages.

He provides consulting and construction services to other village operators through his HT Retirement Group.

Paul will be another leading retirement living speaker at our LEADERS SUMMIT next month, 16 & 17 March, at the Hyatt Regency Sydney.
