Stockwell Shores Estate is planning to develop a resort-style community in Agnes Water, a coastal town in Queensland’s Gladstone region.

The developer lodged an application with Gladstone Regional Council to build the ‘retirement facility/manufactured housing estate’ last month.

Stockwell will build 202 dwellings at the site, with residents able to choose between two- and three-bedroom accommodation settings.

The proposal will also see Stockwell build recreational and communal facilities.
