Sunshine Coast: $100 MILLION mid rise RV gets the green light

A new six-hectare development has been green lighted by Sunshine Coast Council. The building heights will be between one and four storeys. The new development will include more than 340 units - 96 beds in an aged care facility and 250 retirement ILU’s.

Shared Care in villages: Canberra cracks the door open
