Sydney builder Allam Property Group launches into land lease sector with 198-home Port Macquarie community

The NSW property group is opening their first land lease community – Monterey at Camden Haven – at Kendall, 30km from Port Macquarie, on the NSW Mid-North Coast in mid-2021.

Founded in 1991 by Barney Allam OAM, Allam has since expanded to building residential homes and estates on the NSW Central Coast, Hunter Valley and South Coast – and also sponsors the Penrith Panthers NRL team – but Camden Haven will be their first land lease development.

Take a look at the website here.

Billing the community as “an exceptional way of living for over 55s”, Monterey will feature seven two-bedroom with study home designs and a range of community facilities including a Country Club and caravan and boat parking.

The community will operate under the traditional land lease model, with no exit fees and the residents retaining 100% of the capital gains when they leave.

Allam first lodged plans for the development in 2017.
