Imelda and Bill Roche, the founders of Nutrimetics, have been progressively developing the 1,100 lot Harrington Waters since the mid 1970s. It now has a Coles but no retirement village or aged care accommodation. The Taree Council had approved land use for seniors housing at the entrance but an MOU with the Roches is about to expire so the Council is seeking other expressions of interest.
