The DCM Institute Village professional PD program celebrates 350 participants on first anniversary

Australia’s leading professional development program for village management, the DCM Institute (DCMI), is celebrating its first birthday this week (17 April).

350 participants, across more than 100 village operators, have joined as ongoing Members throughout Australia.

With 143 tools and 58 videos in its learning portal, the institute has one of the richest CPD platforms in the country – providing a combination of knowledge, skill training and careers direction to the sector.

The program is now Code of Conduct and NSW Rules of Conduct compliant.

DCMI’s key member-facing staff are all village sector veterans, bringing 50+ years of ‘in the village’ experience.

Additionally, the firm boasts strong alliances with industry partners, including Leading Age Services Australia (LASA), The Property Council, MinterEllison Lawyers, Russell Kennedy Lawyers, O’Loughlins Lawyers and Jackson McDonald Lawyers.
