Uniting Church’s Juniper opens $25M 100-bed aged care facility in Perth

Juniper Hayloft, 25km south east of the CBD, will cater for the growing over-70 population in the Gosnells-Armadale region which is expected to increase 115% to nearly 26,000 over the next 20 years.

Juniper is on a construction streak as it aims to double its aged care and home care capacity across WA. Just two weeks ago, it launched 36 aged care beds in the remote town of Kununurra.

Juniper has become one of our largest care providers with 14 retirement villages and 24 aged care facilities in WA plus home care services. Its CEO Vaughan Harding will be succeeded by former MercyCare CEO Chris Hall next month after steering the organisation for nearly 30 years.
