Uniting to build 84-unit retirement village in Yamba (NSW)

The Not For Profit will be constructing an 84-unit retirement village in Yamba, a coastal town approximately 130km north of Coffs Harbour.

When complete, the site will consist of 34 villas and 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments co-located with Uniting’s Caroona aged care facility.

Onsite amenities will include a clubroom with a library and BBQ area.
