Village residents have been busy. The NSW State Government Minister responsible for the industry, Linda Burney, has received over 300 submissions on the issues paper on changes to the Retirement Villages Act – the highest number the Government has received for any issues paper - ever!

Serenitas has acquired Lifestyle Communities’ 205-lot Ocean Grove site on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula for $46.2 million, below its 30 June book value of $54.8 million, with infrastructure works largely complete.
