WA: Conditional tick for City of Sterling care units

Stirling Council has given conditional planning approval for 26 aged care units. Councillors included a call for the WA Planning Commission to request a geotechnical report and also impose a 10 per cent cash-in-lieu contribution for the City to create new public open space.
