WA: local builder lodges plans for 12-unit retirement ‘village’ in Perth

Aveling Homes has applied to build 12 units across four lots for over-55s on Charles Riley Road in North Beach, 16km northwest of the Perth CBD.

Three of the homes will be two-storey, with the rest single-level, “purpose-designed for aged persons” (pictured).

Aveling is managed by local builder Luke Aveling and specialises in unit and strata developments as well as over-55 residential developments.
