The Not For Profit plans to redevelop its existing facility at Maddington, 20km southeast of Perth, into a 123-bed facility as part of a long-term plan to create an attractive aged care offering to allow locals to stay connected with their community.

Around 50 residents at the existing facility will be offered the first places in the new accommodation, which will feature landscaped outdoor areas with barbeques, citrus trees and vegetable gardens and easy access to courtyards, at no extra cost.
