Peter Inge’s IPLiving snaps up first NSW retirement village – and wants more

At the 2025 LEADERS SUMMIT, village veteran Peter Inge OAM showed his enthusiasm for retirement living is undiminished even after his family’s 47 years in the sector.

The Weekly SOURCE reported in December 2024 that investment business Palisade Impact had formed a $300 million retirement living platform in partnership with the family-owned Zig Inge Group, creating IPLiving.

IPLiving then took over the Zig Inge Group’s Prospect Hill Village in Camberwell, Pinetree Donvale (the first village that father Zig built in 1980), 20km east of Melbourne’s CBD, and Richfield Village in Aspendale Gardens, 27km southeast of the Victorial capital.

In July this year, IP Living purchased the 105-unit Rosebud Village, on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, 61km south of Melbourne'CBD.

Now Peter, the Executive Chair of IPLiving, has announced its first acquisition outside of Victoria: Mark Dixon’s 10-year-old Eleebana Shores Retirement Village in Eleebana, a suburb in the City of Lake Macquarie.

“Eleebana Shores offers exceptional retirement living through thoughtfully designed apartments and villas, set in a leafy Newcastle location between Lake Macquarie and the beach, with excellent amenities and services close by,” Peter said.
