Perhaps the only person to make a killing out of the Prime Trust debacle is Phil Carter who sold his Morpeth village to Prime Trust for a reputed $10 million above expectation. His plans for Signature Gardens Retirement Resort is for 200 self care villas, an 80 bed care facility and a 20 room assisted living apartment building.

Living Choice revises plans for Highgate Park redevelopment in Adelaide
The retirement village operator and Opal HealthCare jointly acquired the 2.3ha former disability accommodation site, Highgate Park, from the South Australian Government for $42 million in January 2024.
