Prime Trust wins back management of 12 villages from Fig Tree

After 18 months in the Federal Court Prime Trust won back control of 12 of its villages. The old Village Life (now called Fig Tree) tried to transfer the management rights it had under contract to SCV. Prime had argued that this breached its obligations. The court support of Prime Trust.
