QLD: 160 unit mid rise Gympie retirement village gets the nod

Gympies Planning and Development Committee has decided to recommend conditional approval for a 160 unit retirement village. The application includes plans for five apartment block each one three storeys high includes single storey duplexes, with two and three bedroom units ranging from 90sq m to 130sq m in size.
