Ray White committed to building its brand in the retirement village and aged care sector

Australia’s largest real estate agency group, Ray White, has identified downsizing/transition from the family home to retirement villages and aged care as a significant long-term market segment.

A personal initiative of Brian White, co-chairman of Ray white, they have entered into an exclusive media relationship with our media group, DoComeMonday, to build their brand and value proposition in the sectors.

The campaign kicks off with Ray White banner ads on every page of villages.com.au for 12 months, which will generate 3.3 million banner views.

A downsizing webpage has also been built to review the drivers of downsizing and includes four videos of Brian White personally explaining Ray White’s empathy for residents taking the journey, selling the family home and buying into a village or care. Brian is one of the unsung heroes of Australian property and business. He has successfully built a network of 1,000 offices across six countries from China to India and Indonesia where they are the number one real estate group.
