1 min read

Last chance to have your say on the future of Australia’s aged care system for what could be the next 30 or even 50 years.

Responses to the Counsel Assisting’s final submissions and other matters arising at the hearing, including the remarks made by Commissioner Lynelle Briggs AO, must be submitted to the Solicitors Assisting the Royal Commission by email to ACRCfinalsubmissions@royalcommission.gov.au by 4pm (AEDT) on 12 November 2020 – with no extensions of time granted.

The form for submissions allows for responses of up to 300 words on each of the 124 recommendations proposed by Counsel Assisting, plus the other matters raised by the Counsel Assisting and the Commissioners including workforce, financing, aged care policy principles, system design and governance, restraints, provider leadership and culture, research and data governance and capital financing.

There is also the option of submitting a response in a Microsoft Word document no longer than 10 pages.
