Ms Miles received the award at Leading Age Services Australia’s National Integrated Seniors Housing Conference on the Gold Coast last week.

LASA CEO Sean Rooney said Jessica's leadership "has created the positive, wonderful and vibrant community that Renaissance Retirement Village enjoys today".

Joint runners up were Jessica Madden, Manor Operations Manager, De Paul Manor Estate (Southport, QLD) and Genevieve Lee-Carroll, Village Coordinator, Leederville Gardens Estate (Leederville, WA).
