On the one hand the Village Life group has a rocky year transferring most of its 80+ rental villages over to SunnyCove because of the hard going to make the financial model work, and on the other hand the American group Harvest Developments announces it is going to build 10 villages in the next 2 years based on its US formula that has allowed it to build 300 villages in 30 years.
