The Sydney-based Not For Profit has praised its Village Managers who are outstanding in the DCM Institute’s Professional Development program.

“Supporting our team’s growth is the most direct way we support our residents’ well-being,” the Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (RFBI) said on LinkedIn.

“Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate three of our Retirement Living Village Coordinators who have reached elite milestones in the DCM Institute’s Village Professionals Development Program.

RFBI congratulated:

  • Kristen Smee, RFBI Cessnock Masonic Village, who joined the prestigious 2,000 Club, a milestone achieved by only a handful of professionals nationwide since 2022.
  • Rachael Trewartha, RFBI Hawkins Masonic Village, who was inducted into the 1,000 Club, a feat shared by only 150 professionals across the industry.
  • Tracy Howarth, RFBI Armidale, Glen Innes, Moonbi & Tamworth Masonic Villages, who also joined the 1,000 Club.

What does this mean for RFBI residents?

“These aren’t just points on a tally; they represent hundreds of hours dedicated to mastering dementia awareness, disaster readiness, emotional intelligence and village operations,” said RFBI.

“For our residents, it means smoother operations, more inclusive environments and the peace of mind that comes from being supported by the very best in the sector.

“Congratulations Kristen, Rachael and Tracy. Thank you for your dedication to making our villages a place residents are proud to call home.”
