Roshana Care Group picks up another retirement village

The growing aged care operator has acquired Clarege Retirement Village in Lesmurdie, 21km from Perth’s CBD. 

Set in the Perth Hills, Clarege was owned by Lesmurdie Baptist Church. 

“This exciting acquisition marks another step forward in our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional care and accommodation across our services,” Roshana Care Group said on social media. 

Roshana Care Group also owns and operates Sunshine Park, also in Lesmurdie, and Parklands Retirement Village in Urangan, a coastal suburb in Hervey Bay.
