NSW’s RSL Lifecare has been awarded $450,000 over three years in partnership with Australian Catholic University to augment staff training and development, specifically:
• Support the development and expansion of the skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
• Equip staff to deliver tailored and complex care and services to our aging clients.
• Provide for staff development in rural areas.
• Provide genuine career pathways within aged.

RSL was Australia’s first ‘teaching nursing home’, commencing in 2004.
