A Whyalla aged care facility can now take new residents, after a 5 month restriction was lifted by the Department of Health and Ageing. Copperhouse Court had two sanctions imposed due to non compliance to the Aged Care Standards. They did not apply to have the second, appointment of a nurse advisor, sanction removed.
