Second StewartBrown Retirement Living Performance Survey launched with dashboard reporting tools

1 min read

The only performance survey in the retirement living sector with an easy-to-use dashboard, providing insightful comparison valuations, is part of the second survey of the sector.

Today’s launch of the FY25 Survey follows the success of the FY24 Survey which analysed data from 455 retirement living villages, over 31,000 village units, 35,000 village residents and 79 village operators.

A large proportion of Not For Profit providers participated in the FY24 Survey to benchmark their own financial performance, enhance their reporting capabilities and support their strategic planning as they continue evolving to meet the needs of an ageing demographic requiring increased access to care and wellness services, said StewartBrown.

"It is anticipated the FY25 Survey will have a growing number of For Profit providers participating to take advantage of the same opportunities."

To deliver practical reporting support, a brief video introduces participants to the ease of using the interactive Power BI dashboards, allowing organisations to explore their own data with dynamic visuals, filters, and drill down capabilities – making it easier than ever to interpret and act on their results," added the renowned aged care acccountants.

The FY25 Survey offers participants access to a valuable resource that can assist with reviewing their current operating environment, benchmarking and monitoring their performance across the sector and informing their strategic decision-making and planning with data-led evidence, sector insights and expert analysis.
