Lady Small Haven redevelopment for Churches of Christ in Qld

Churches of Christ in Queensland has provided residential aged care and retirement village accommodation in Benowa (Gold Coast) for 40 years.

The redevelopment of existing sites is a major challenge for operators.

Stage 1 delivers Churches of Christ in Qld’s first vertical retirement village on the Gold Coast, comprising 65 apartments, generous community spaces, and sets the benchmark for the redevelopment of the entire site.

Churches of Christ in Qld engaged with Entero through the design phase of the project to provide market insights on apartment mix, sizes and sales prices.

Entero’s Project Marketing and Sales team then managed all aspects of brand creation, lead generation and sales conversion over the past 18 months while the building was under construction.

With 60% of the apartments sold, a full calendar of occupancy dates is booked in, commencing in just a few weeks time.
