1 min read

The operator of over 55s land lease, rental and holiday park communities on Monday, 11 March announced the appointment of Lisa Scenna as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1 May 2024.

"Lisa brings to the Group extensive experience in executive roles spanning property management, asset management and funds management in Australia and the United Kingdom working across listed and private entities," said Ingenia Communities on the ASX.

"Lisa has worked with Westfield, Stockland Group and Laing O’Rourke as well as Morgan Sindal Group. Prior roles include UK Joint Managing Director (Stockland), Head of Explore Investments Group (Laing O’Rourke) and Managing Director Morgan Sindall Investments (Morgan Sindal Group plc)."

She will join Amanda Heyworth, Sally Evans and Pippa Downes as Non-Executive Directors, meaning there are more women on Ingenia Communities' Board than men.

“Lisa’s skills and experience in the areas of real estate and infrastructure, construction and stakeholder engagement provide a strong background for her role as a Director with the Group,” said Chair Jim Hazel.

“Lisa’s appointment continues the Group’s planned Board renewal as we extend the diversity, skills and expertise of Ingenia’s Board. I look forward to Lisa’s contribution to the Group.”
