The widely respected aged care benchmarking accountant will now provide an independent survey and report for the retirement living sector advocacy. Operators can join the survey now. 

This is a significant new initiative in that StewartBrown is the undisputed leader in independent and respected research and analysis in the aged care sector. Its benchmarking and financial fact finding is accepted by all levels of government and the media. 

StewartBrown’s existing client base already represents over 900 retirement villages and nine of the largest 16 operators.

An independent portrait of the business of retirement livingis of paramount importance as the sector evolves. 

Supporting advocacy to Government, media, consumer groups and funders, StewartBrown will publish reports and provide analysis and commentary, like their respected aged care work. 

Available to all providers of land lease and retirement village operators, the survey collection will start from this month with reporting and analysis to be released in March 2025. 

Participants also receive access to the StewartBrown Professional Analyst Team, individualised Board and Executive presentations about the survey results, and privileged access to customed reporting and business intelligence on their secure Retirement Living Survey portal.
