GemLife has appointed Adam Fairfax as its new Group Head of Investor Relations and Strategy, following the company’s landmark listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in July – the largest IPO of the year.

Adam joins the land lease community operator from Knight Frank Australia, where he was Partner, Institutional Capital.

Established in 2015, GemLife is one of Australia’s fastest-growing, vertically integrated developers and operators of land lease communities, with a development pipeline approaching 10,000 homes across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

GemLife Managing Director and Group CEO Adrian Puljich said Adam, who will be based in Sydney, will play a key role in the company’s growing national team of more than 400 staff.

“Adam will work closely with myself and our CFO, Ashmit Thakral, on our local and international investment partner network, while supporting our rapidly growing cohort of lifestyle community customers,” Adrian said. “This is a critical new role in our expanding team that will benefit greatly from Adam’s vast experience and contacts, both within Australia and globally.”

Adam spent more than 21 years at JP Morgan, where he held senior roles including Executive Director, Equity Research Sales (A-REIT Specialist) and Senior Account Manager before joining Knight Frank.
