TAS developer switches from residential to retirement village development – 67 units in Swansea

The developer Greenplace, has had the 2.5ha site since 2004 and has approval for 32 homes to be built.

However, they now say ‘the site is too good’ and they will build a 67-unit retirement village instead (as reported in The Hobart Mercury).
