The Melbourne Buxton family has taken back management from Aveo of Rylands of Brighton, a 71 prestige apartment village. The Buxtons sold out their other two 5 star villages, Rylands of Hawthorn and Rylands of Kew, to Stockland who are still marketing them separately under the Rylands brand (confusing).
