A useful tool for operators.
Last week, Anglicare held a second webinar for family and friends with Dr James Branley, Head of Department of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at Nepean Hospital.
Dr Branley is working closely with staff at Newmarch House – in the 50-minute video, he runs through both the clinical care being provided to residents and answers their questions on infection control, testing, transmission and treatment.
Anglicare says they received “excellent feedback” on the content – and are now in the process of arranging a third for family members.
The webinar follows the first one for families two weeks ago with the Department of Health, NSW Health, the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and the Older Person Advocacy Network (OPAN).
