NSW Health have now completed full testing of all residents and staff at the Wentworth Falls aged care home, but there is still more testing to come.

NSW Chief Health Officer Dr Kerry Chant said: “All the tests collected from staff and residents on the 25 and 27 April have all returned negative results, and a third and final round of testing will commence today.”

No further cases have been identified at the Hawthorn Grange aged care home at Hawthorn in Melbourne where five cases had been found as of Friday afternoon, with all staff and residents tested and contact being traced.

“We are working closely with the facility to ensure appropriate public health actions have been taken, including isolation, quarantine, cleaning and contact tracing,” the Victorian Department of Health Human Services states.
