There were two new cases of coronavirus reported in South Australia on Thursday, including another case related to the outbreak at the Woodville Pizza Bar.
As a result of the case, a teenager who had picked up a pizza from the venue earlier in November, Woodville High School in Adelaide’s western suburbs had gone into lockdown with all students, teachers, and families told to self-isolate.
The other new case was a man in his 40s, who was already in isolation having been identified as a close contact of one of the existing cases.
This brought the number of cases related to the Parafield cluster to 31.
There were 4,800 close contacts self-isolating state-wide.
And almost 10,000 people were tested in the 24 hours prior.
Victoria reaches 27 days with no new cases or deaths
Meanwhile, another day of new no cases or deaths in Victoria.
It’s been 27 days since the state has recorded a new case or deaths.
There were 12,862 people tested in the 24 hours prior, slightly down from the 16,409 tests processed the day before.
