Walter Elliott and his son Scott, have won the Yamba Lifestyle resort park resort development, Oyster Cove. Purchased from the receiver, Deloittes, this takes their resort parks and retirement villages to 15 in number and follows the purchase of Ted Sent’s Beachmere Sands from anther receiver last year – a development capable of housing 1,200 ILU’s. They operate under the Palm Lakes brand.
