The Report Card measured the parties against the Grand Plans own stated objectives. The Greens came out on top with the most comprehensive aged care policy but the Coalition who have pledged a total of $935m funds to aged care and Labor who have promised a lighter $532m have managed to dodge a lot of aged care bullets.
