The Grand Plan released their Report Card on the three major parties aged care promises and the results are extremely underwhelming. The Report Card measured the parties against the Grand Plans own stated objectives. The Greens came out on top with the most comprehensive aged care policy but the Coalition who have pledged a total of $935m funds to aged care and Labor who have promised a lighter $532m have managed to dodge a lot of aged care bullets.

Last week’s Senate Estimates hearing – held just three weeks before sweeping reforms roll out – gave politicians the chance to ask Government heavyweights the questions they’re getting from constituents and to interrogate the once-in-a-generation changes.
