1 min read

Not For Profit Twilight Aged Care, which operates five aged care homes and a retirement village in the north and western suburbs of Sydney, has appointed Niamh Mannion as CEO from 21 July.

Neil Wendt

Former CEO Neil Wendt sadly passed in January this year. James Carter, executive director with aged care management consultants O'Connell Advisory, has been Acting CEO throughout the recruitment process.

Niamh was previously Executive Director of one of NSW's largest social services providers, St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, where she had been for more than seven years.

A chartered accountant, Niamh also spent seven years as a management consultant with PwC Australia, including five years as a health consultant. She has worked across the private, Government, and Not For Profit sectors, and has been a part-time board member for Scalabrini Village and The End Street Sleeping Collaboration.

Earlier this year, Twilight Aged Care received DA approval to expand its retirement living portfolio with a $30 million luxury development in Mosman, 8km northeast of the Sydney CBD. Plans for the site, which is adjacent to Twilight Aged Care’s existing Glengarry residential aged care home 500 metres from the Mosman village centre, include 22 premium independent living units.
