Providence Lifestyle – founded in 2020 by John Green, Brad Denison, James Turnbull and John Wood – has lodged two development applications in Western Australia totalling 504 over-50s homes.

The first, the Oceanside Lifestyle Resort at Two Rocks, proposes a $70 million, 360-home community on a 15-hectare site about 61km north-west of the Perth CBD and less than 500 metres from the coast.

The second seeks approval to expand an existing Development WA consent in Haynes to deliver the 144-home Waterbrook Resort, around 31km south-east of the Perth CBD.
