Passionate, popular and colourful Tom Camp has signed contracts to hand over his two pet projects to Prime Trust when they are completed, taking the number of facilities now coming under the Trusts control to 47, continuing their challenge to Aveo and Primelife for the title of the largest village owner in Australia. The two villages are Tarneit Skies, west of Melbourne and comprising of 157 ILUs and Seabreeze Estate on Phillip Island, currently under construction.
