Ellerston Capital builds its share of Ingenia to 10.84%

The James Packer-backed private equity firm has increased its stake in the Land Lease Community developer to 10.84%, having started at 5% on 9 December 2016.

The firm is also jumped into Peter Scutt’s Better Caring disruption model, investing $3M to fund its expansion in October last year.
