The listed funds manager and Watermark partners Tony Olding, Chris Watt and Enzo Marchione have announced they will build a new retirement village, clubhouse and upgrade the golf course on 14,000sqm at Chatswood Golf Club on Sydney’s prime Lower North Shore, 11km northwest of the CBD.

Stuart Nicolson, CEO of Folkestone Seniors Living, says the clubhouse will be open to both members and residents and include a restaurant/bistro, bar, health and wellness centre, entertainment facilities plus new Club rooms, pro shop and golf simulators.

The community is Folkestone’s second foray into the village sector following its first investment Watermark Castle Cove, and its ongoing development.
