Gateway acquires ACT land lease community/motel for $17M

Listed land lease community operator Gateway Lifestyle has purchased the Sundown motor resort and village in Symonston, 11km from the Canberra CBD.

It has 88 manufactured homes, a 100-room motel and conference facilities on 9.3ha.
