The aged care software solution provider has purchased the Queensland-based technology company as it looks to expand its solutions across aged care, retirement living, home care, community health and disability to its clients in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and south east Asia.
The deal includes JS’s core product, ProSIMS, an integrated Community Service management system which allows disability care organisations to integrate their case management, services, rostering, payroll and other systems and has over 60 clients across Australia.
