The listed operator has seen out FY17 with the settlement of 211 new homes – a 97% increase on its FY16 numbers – to deliver on its promised EBIT guidance of $30M.
Ingenia says it also has deposits or contracts in place for another 135 homes including 29 homes at two new projects The Grange and Lake Conjola – that’s 50% of its targeted FY18 settlement of 260 to 280 homes.
Rental villages are also continuing to deliver for the Group with its Garden Villages rental business closing the year at an all-time high occupancy of 92.7%.
As we reported here back in February 2015, its rental villages had an 86% occupancy rate.
